Refunds and Exchanges
We ensure that all goods are of the highest quality, however in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs.
Simply contact us via email (email@example.com) including your order number, its style number and condition, your preferred outcome (exchange or refund), attach clear photographic images of your concern with the item to your correspondence.
Please note we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges. As RVTY is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail. Sale Items- No returns or refunds. Unless faulty.
